Instructions
1. Fix the training device on the thigh, hold the training device with both hands, and assist in practicing abdominal curls
2. Keep your feet off the ground, keep your abs tight, and use the leg press trainer
3.Lying on the yoga mat on the side, the arm supports the upper body, place the trainer between the knees, and press the legs.
